On Tuesday 11th July 2006 on a lovely warm summer's afternoon, Rawcliffe Bridge Primary School, had their sports' day.
The afternoon started with each year group working their way around small events that focused the children on throwing, jumping and team challenges. After the 9 events the attention turned to the track.
The races started with the girls' running races and the boys' skipping races, followed by the sack races and obstacle races. To finish the afternoon there was a toddlers' race and the awards ceremony
